Self-Care in Scorpio Season

During mid-November, most of the planets are hanging in the sky in a solitary pattern. Only the Sun and Mars are together. This suggests that many of us may be feeling quite insular right now. It's okay to feel this way. Scorpio Season is one of withdrawal and reflection. The current cosmic energies reflect this.


One of the best things we can do during this time is take the time for a little self-care. Below are some suggestions that you might like to incorporate for some self-love.


Self-Care Ideas

  • Hydrate!

  • Make yourself a healthy meal

  • Get a good night's sleep

  • Enjoy a relaxing bath

  • Spend some time in the fresh air

  • Move your body

  • Meditate

  • Watch a sunrise

  • Create a vision board

  • Unplug and enjoy the peace

  • Start journaling

  • Make a list of things you're grateful for

  • Read a book

  • Watch an inspirational movie

  • Remember how amazing you are
